Grant Application

The MW Fund is looking for applicants who are extremely hard-working and dedicated to recovering from a spinal cord injury. If you believe you’re a good candidate, please apply by filling out our online application.

In order to qualify, each candidate must:

• Have suffered a spinal cord injury

• Provide date of injury, level of injury and ASIA score

• Be currently enrolled in a specialized rehabilitation facility

• Provide financial statements and documents

• Provide a letter of recommendation from your specialized rehabilitation facility

  *Any grant that is awarded to a recipient must be applied to future sessions at your facility and cannot be applied towards outstanding facility bills or towards any other expenses*

Grant applications for 2023 are now closed and will reopen June 1st, 2024.
